  • E-tickets are validated by QR code and apply to the product, quantity, date and time slot shown on the ticket.
  • Please present the QR code at the checkpoint/redemption point. A code already recorded as used cannot be exchanged for the service already used.
  • You are responsible for keeping your QR code secure and must not share or post it publicly. If a code is duplicated, the Organising Committee checks its usage status in the system to confirm validity.
  • Lunch buffet: 11:00 – 17:00; dinner buffet: 17:00 – 21:00. Please arrive at the session you booked.
  • Combos: valid for the type and quantity purchased; number of people, food and drinks follow the product description.
  • Child tickets follow the conditions published on the product page. Children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult while using the service.

Services outside the ticket/combo benefits are paid separately.
