• Receive, process and review booth and sponsorship applications.
• Contact you to confirm details, advise on contracts and guide deposit payments or partnership agreements.
• Send updates on the floor plan, schedule and operating rules of the festival.

2. Scope of data collected

• Company information: brand name, legal entity name, tax code, registered address.
• Representative information: full name, position, contact phone number, email address.
• Professional information: product category, planned menu, power capacity needs.

3. Commitment to confidentiality

The Organising Committee undertakes not to sell, share or disclose your personal information to any third party for commercial purposes without your prior consent, except where required by a competent State authority under the law.
